How we work

A clear monthly fee.
A shared interest in growth.

Choose the level of support your business needs. A fixed fee covers the agreed work. A 5% variable fee applies only to agreed incremental revenue attributable to our work.

Focused Growth

Specialist support where it can add the most value. Your team keeps the day-to-day operation.

  • An agreed growth strategy and priority review
  • Selected workstreams: advertising, conversion, analytics or expansion
  • A named lead and regular commercial review

We own the selected workstreams. Your team owns the remaining operation.

The model, in numbers.

Illustrative annual calculation.

With an agreed annual baseline of €1 million and measured annual revenue of €2 million, the agreed incremental amount is €1 million.

€1,000,000 × 5% = €50,000 in variable fees, in addition to the fixed monthly management fees.

This example assumes all of that difference qualifies under the agreed attribution method. An organic-growth forecast is a separate comparison: at 10% organic growth, the first-year forecast would be €1.1 million, not €1 million.

From the first review to the next decision.

The details,
made explicit.

What determines the fixed monthly fee?

The package, number of marketplaces, catalogue complexity, agreed workstreams and operating workload. Your proposal sets a fixed monthly amount and defines what is included. We do not quote a universal fee before understanding the scope.

How is incremental revenue agreed?

Before work starts, we agree the revenue definition, baseline, attribution approach and measurement period. The agreement addresses seasonality, organic growth, new products or markets, returns, refunds, taxes and other material changes. Advertising-attributed sales alone do not establish incremental revenue.

How often is the variable fee settled?

The fixed management fee is monthly. Variable-fee reporting, settlement dates and any reconciliation are agreed in the proposal. The annual illustration here explains the calculation; it is not a billing schedule.

Does the fixed fee include media and external costs?

Advertising spend, Amazon fees, inventory and third-party costs sit outside the management fee unless the proposal explicitly includes an item. Creative production or specialist engagements are scoped before approval.

Who owns the account and approves changes?

You retain ownership of your accounts and business assets. Access, decision rights, budgets and approval thresholds are documented during onboarding. We report the work completed, what changed and what needs a decision.

Let’s define the right scope.

Start with your business and the work you want to change. The commercial proposal follows the operating plan.
