Seller Alto Partners / For businesses selling other brands

For businesses selling other brands

More control over what you sell. More clarity on what to grow.

A large catalogue can hide very different businesses, product by product. Bring supplier records, offer performance, costs and stock into a clearer operating plan.

Look beyond the sales total.

Revenue alone does not tell you which products deserve another order. Fees, price changes, advertising, returns and time in stock all affect the decision.

We start with the information you have, identify what is missing and agree which products and operational issues need attention first.

A plan built for reselling.

  1. Know the economics.

Review product costs and the available fee, pricing and demand information. Make assumptions explicit before committing more capital.

  2. Keep the catalogue workable.

Address listing and offer issues, maintain accurate information and organise cases that need follow-through.

  3. Put records in order.

Map the supplier and product documents available, identify gaps and assign the next action. The requirements depend on the product and account.

  4. Make stock decisions deliberately.

Connect replenishment priorities with lead times, availability, sell-through and cash tied up in inventory.

  5. Use advertising where it fits.

Assess the role of paid demand against eligibility, offer availability and product economics. Campaign activity should have a clear commercial purpose.

What the first stage can produce.

The exact deliverables depend on the account, data and scope we agree.

  • Portfolio review

Products grouped by the decisions they need, with supporting evidence and open questions.

  • Operating issue list

Catalogue, offer and account issues with owners and next steps.

  • Documentation map

Available records and the gaps that matter to the agreed scope.

  • Replenishment priorities

Actions to review against demand, stock and cash constraints.

  • Management plan

The recurring work, responsibilities and reporting to carry forward.

Clear responsibilities from the beginning.

You remain responsible for supplier selection, purchasing decisions, product authenticity and the accuracy of the information provided. We agree which analysis and operating tasks we will handle, and where specialist input is needed.

Access to brand features is checked against your actual permissions. Selling another brand’s products does not by itself give you access to every brand tool.

Measure the decisions that matter.

The review can cover contribution after known costs, stock availability, inventory age and unresolved operating issues. We agree definitions and data limitations before comparing results.

Featured Offer eligibility and performance may be reviewed where relevant; placement is not guaranteed.

A few useful answers

Questions from resellers.

Do I need to own a brand?

No. This path is designed for businesses reselling products from other brands. The work reflects your permissions and commercial model.

Can you work with a large, changing catalogue?

The first step is to understand its scale, data quality and operating workload. We then agree what can be covered, how priorities will be set and what requires additional capacity.

Will you buy inventory for us?

The proposed agency model covers analysis and agreed management tasks. Purchasing inventory or acting as a distributor would require a separate commercial arrangement; neither is included automatically.

Can you guarantee the Featured Offer?

No. We can review the factors visible to the account and work on agreed actions. Amazon determines eligibility and placement.

Can you handle a suspended account?

An inactive account needs its own recovery assessment. Northline Seller Recovery is the specialist route; a reseller management plan can follow confirmed reinstatement.
